Senior Sales Associate
We train new team members in the essential skills to succeed at SkyView Advisors before you make your first call. Once completed, new advisors are assigned an asset class industry leader to support your continued development.
SkyView’s industry leading training program helps foster a team environment. We’re so dedicated to ensuring success for our sales team, we assign mentors to our newer advisors. Mentors reinforce the skillsets and training learned throughout bootcamp and guide new team members through the sales process and SkyView's proprietary 252-point process.

Continued Training
Once you have a comprehensive understanding of our process and have spent time with your mentor with proven success, advisors will gain access to our advanced training. This training condenses and articulates years of industry knowledge into easy-to-understand lessons that help you not only learn about the industry, but teach you how to put that knowledge to use.
Essential Skillsets
SkyView has identified 15 essential skill sets that directly generate revenue for our advisors. To become a mentor on our team, each Senior Vice President must train to apply and master each skill set, which will include asking open-ended questions, overcoming objections, and active listening.
