WHAT IS THE PROGRAM
A Direct Path Into Investment Sales
Breaking into commercial real estate investment sales typically means starting from zero—no deal exposure, no context, and a long ramp before you generate income.
The Deal Lead in Residency is designed to change that.
This is a six-month, hands-on role where you work directly alongside a senior leader, supporting live transactions and gaining exposure to how deals actually move—from initial outreach to closing.
Instead of learning in isolation, you operate inside the process. By the time you transition into SkyView’s mentorship program, you understand the expectations, the pace, and the work required to succeed.

WHO THIS IS FOR
Built for High-Performers
This role is designed for individuals early in their careers who are intentional about building a future in investment sales. It is not experience-driven—it is mindset-driven.
Driven and Competitive
You are motivated by performance and long-term upside. You are willing to take on a role where results—not time—determine progression and income.
Committed to Investment Sales
You are not testing the industry. You have already decided this is the path and are looking for the most direct way to build the skill set required to succeed.
Built for a High-Performance Environment
You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, unstructured environment where expectations are high and accountability is real. Discipline, resilience, and consistency matter more than prior experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Work Inside Real Transactions
You will be embedded in active deals, supporting a senior leader across day-to-day execution. The role is built to give you direct exposure to how transactions actually move—while contributing to the work required to get them done.

Manage buyer scheduling and support ongoing communication to keep transactions moving efficiently.
Transaction Support
Assist with financials, deal materials, and day-to-day execution across active deals.
