About: Dylon joined the National Manufactured Housing Group of SkyView Advisors in September 2024. He specializes in advising clients on manufactured housing community and RV Park investments, with a focus on operational optimization, value creation, and return maximization. He works alongside clients to evaluate opportunities and position assets for stronger performance in an evolving investment landscape. Dylon is a proud veteran, serving as an active duty Naval Flight Offer from 2013 to 2022, prior to his career in real estate. His experience in the military developed the leadership, discipline, and analytical approach he now brings to commercial real estate advisory. In his free time, Dylon enjoys golfing, football, and traveling with his wife and daughter.
