Throughout the course of Rachel René’s career, she has overseen marketing and transactional activity for multiple firms’ self-storage divisions, ensuring consistency for all marketing and subsequent sales opportunities. She also ensured that every project, whether deal-specific or a specific feature, both met and exceeded the expectations of clients and fellow teammates, awarding numerous brokerage opportunities for the firm.
Since joining the commercial real estate industry in 2013, she has personally directed and constructed the marketing and transactional efforts for over $4 billion in successfully-traded self-storage assets. Ms. René employs her diverse skill set to bring the most comprehensive materials to market while keeping ahead of the industry in developing and introducing newly-implemented systems for utilization by the team and clients.
