  • Beau Chambliss joined SkyView Advisors with over 6 years of experience as a commercial real estate investment broker specializing in self-storage investment sales. Mr. Chambliss has a versatile skillset which includes advisement, sales, underwriting and property analyses. Beau brings a unique set of experience to SkyView Advisors, which yields clients across the country a significant vantage point in a constantly evolving marketplace. He embraces the firm’s core values of innovation, accountability, and preparedness, which is critical in navigating the complexities of each transaction.

    Prior to joining SkyView Advisors, Mr. Chambliss began his career in sales in 2010 working as a District Sales Manager for his family’s 70-year-old manufacturing business. These were formative years when he learned the value of client-first principles from the no-nonsense world of business-to-business building products sales. During his first year in sales, Beau doubled his monthly quota in March, and again in August. He shattered growth expectations that year by increasing the annual sales in his territory by 48.5% over the previous year. He continued to exceed his annual quota and was later promoted to management as the Eastern Regional Sales Director where he led a team of sales reps to achieve double-digit annual growth in a territory that covered the eastern half of the United States.

    After the family business sold, Beau found his second career in 2017 as a key advisor with Marcus & Millichap’s National Self-Storage Group. Specializing in the purchase and sale of self-storage facilities located in the Southeastern US, Beau excelled by generating successful results for clients, developing sustainable relationships & exceeding expectations on each project.

    His ability to create value for his clients is indicative of a client-focused mindset that helps investors achieve their ultimate goals.

    Beau thrives at navigating complex transactions and negotiations. He has closed deals with several of the top self-storage operators in the country and has collaborated with dozens more institutional investors on the ‘Top 50 Operators’ list. He represents self-storage facility owners at every level of ownership to bring exceptional value and results, aligning with the core mission of the company. Beau will be working with the SkyView experts and executing the firm’s proven 252-point process to bring an unmatched level of customer service to clients across the nation.
