Garrett brings a cross-functional background spanning financial analysis, sales, marketing, and transaction coordination, allowing him to manage deals from multiple angles simultaneously. His work has directly impacted more than $210 million in commercial real estate assets, reflecting an ability to operate effectively across complex, high-stakes transactions while maintaining accuracy and momentum.
Prior to joining SkyView, Garrett was with Fisher Investments, where he focused on onboarding high-net-worth clients, structuring brokerage accounts, and coordinating large-scale asset transfers nationwide. He consistently exceeded performance targets while building long-term client relationships—experience that translates directly into his client-first approach at SkyView.
