Jay Crotty

Jay, Co-Founder & CEO of SkyView Advisors, leads the firm’s strategic direction, growth initiatives, and key personnel decisions. He is actively involved in shaping SkyView’s internal training and talent development programs, ensuring the platform continues to scale with high-performing individuals. A lifelong entrepreneur, Jay operates with a constant focus on improvement and execution.

He began his career at Marcus & Millichap, earning multiple sales achievement awards, including Rookie of the Year and Chairman’s Club. He later acquired an electronic component distribution business, scaling it into one of the fastest-growing companies in the Tampa Bay region.

Jay has been quoted in numerous publications, including The New York Times, USA Today, National Real Estate Investor, SpareFoot, Tampa Bay Times, Tampa Bay Business Journal, SSA Globe Magazine, and Inside Self Storage. He is an active member of the YPO Southern 7 Chapter and resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his family.
